Double Coated Acrylic Foam

This is a foamed acrylic system with a special composition giving excellent all around bonding properties and unique characteristics that allows for very high performance in the most demanding of applications. The pressure sensitive acrylic composition provides for very good tack, excellent adhesion to variety of surfaces and high shear strength performance. Tape is carried on a RED, release coated polyethylene liner that is easily removed. 

10 Mil Clear (19410)

Foamed acrylic tape 9.8mils (0.25mm) exclusive of liner. Clear foamed acrylic with RED PE liner. Ideal for structural bonding applications to mount/fix car side molding and emblems. Used as a mounting tape in the illuminated sign industry, for fabricating road signs, joining of metals and plastic trims in furniture construction and architectural applications. 180° Peel adhesion: 100.8 oz/in. Tensile adhesion: 107 lb/in2. Dynamic shear: 85 lb/in2. Temperature resistance: up to 482°F short term and up to 302°F long term. Cold temperature resistance: down to -40°F. UV resistance: Good. 3” plastic core.

Black foamed acrylic adhesive with a special composition giving excellent all around bonding properties and unique characteristics that allows for very high performance in the most demanding of applications. 16 Mil White (19416)

Foamed acrylic tape 15.7mils (0.40mm) exclusive of liner. White foamed acrylic with RED PE liner. Perfect for bonding components in the electronics industries, such as computers, consumer electronics, white goods, bonding thin sheet metal and plastics. 180° Peel adhesion: 124.8 oz/in.
