All non-specialty unused and unopened items received within 30 days may be returned for a full refund or exchange of the product. Tape Jungle will also pay for the return shipping if returned due to company error or product defect.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to converted items, sizes that are listed on the website but cut specifically to order. Custom orders, as defined as application-specific sizes that are NOT listed on the website are non-returnable without prior approval except in the event of company error.
If unsure of the policy, confirm prior to placing your order or request a sample.
Outbound shipping is non-refundable if the product(s) is returned for a reason other than company error or defect. Free shipping or promotional flat rate shipping items will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping.
Custom Printed Tape orders are non refundable after artwork approval. See Custom Printed Tape Information page for more detail.
You should expect to receive your refund within a maximum of three weeks from giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). Credit card refunds processed after 60 days of the original transaction can only be be refunded by check or PayPal.
If you are unsure if you intend to keep an item please inquire before purchasing if a restocking fee is applicable. Stock products and sizes may change periodically due to demand.
After 30 days, returns for reasons other than error or defect are accepted based on marketability of the item and management's discretion.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item or you can call 877-284-4781 to speak to a Customer Support team member.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
