Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: There is No Minimum Order? We offer many products by the roll and/or subpack.
Q: Do you have more widths than are listed online?
A: Yes, we do! Nearly all of our products come in full length logs up to 59” (nearly 5 feet) long and can be slit to order. Please contact us for special orders.
Q: Do you have more lengths than are listed online?
A: Most lengths are standard, usually 10 yards or 50 yards. You can cut pieces per your application but we cannot change the length of the rolls without rewinding the tape. Please contact us for special orders.
Q: What payment methods to do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and PayPay. We are fully PCI compliant and your full credit card details do not pass through our servers are not handled by our staff.
Q: Should I create an account?
A: Yes, although it is not required. You just have to add a password and it is only for your benefit.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship nationwide to the US and Canada (for $25 handling surcharge). Please contact us for International shipping quotes for all other countries as well.
Q: How long does it tape to ship?
A: Most of our orders ship out the very same day; 95% ship within 2 Business Days! Some specialized products or converted items may take 1 to 3 days to ship.
Q: Can I give you my FedEx/UPS/DHL account info?
A: For UPS Accounts, you can use coupon code MYUPS and add your UPS account in the "Comments" section. For FexEX and other Accounts, please contact us. NOTE: if the UPS number you provide is invalid, we will need to receive either a correct account number, or payment for the shipping costs, else we will have to refund your order less a $25 service charge plus any applicable restocking fees.
Q: Where are you shipping from? Can I pick up my order if I am in the area?
A: We are located in Miami, FL. If you would like to pick up your order please contact us. We can take your order over the phone and have it ready when you arrive. As many items are converted its best to place your order in advance.
Q: Do you ship to military bases?
A: Yes, we do! We ship to military and government agencies worldwide. Our Commercial and Government Agency Code (CAGE) is: 6SNJ2
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt for full refund including shipping if due to error or product defect. You may return unwanted product at your expense that is unused and undamaged for a refund or store credit less as 10% restocking fee; 30% for converted or custom items.
