Double Sided Polyethylene Foam Tape (15XXX)

Closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam tapes coated on both sides with a high performance adhesive. Wound on a 3” neutral paper core with a 50# white paper release liner.  Tapes are permanent and designed to have exceptional durability in demanding environments.  Suitable for applications where moisture resistance is required. Can be easily die-cut. Excellent conformability and compressibility.

  • Used for mounting and joining nameplates, signs, small die cast parts, mirrors, maps, etc. 
  • Used for sound and vibration dampening in business machines, industrial equipment, copy machines, electronic component packaging and glass panel mounts, seals, gaskets, etc.

RUBBER ADHESIVE

Recommended for outdoor applications due to its higher temperature, aging, UV, weather, chemical, and plasticizer resistance. High bond strength on most materials.

Excellent quick-stick sealing with high shear and peel properties for efficient operation and secure bonding, even to low surface energy materials or other difficult to bond surfaces. Low density 1/8” foam provides excellent conformance to textured and rough surfaces.

STORAGE:

Store in a clean, dry environment out of direct sunlight.  Recommended storage conditions are 50% RH and 65ºF to 85ºF. Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from excessive dust prior to installation.
