Double Sided 9.84 Mil PVC - White

9.84 mil exclusive of liner. The 3.2 mil white PVC film is coated on both sides with a modified acrylic adhesive, solvent free, based on aqueous dispersions. It’s adhesive strength builds up with time and it is very moisture and temperature resistance. This adhesive has good tack and adheres extremely well to PE- and PP- films as well as to rough surfaces such as chipboards. APEO/APE Free.

  • Backing: 3.2mil (80U) PVC film.
  • Liner: 90g/m2 Gold Release Paper.
  • Adhesive weight: 170 g/m2.
  • Adhesion to steel: 164 oz/in (1 hour dwell)
  • Temperature resistance: -40°F to 266°F.
